Welcome to Winter Woodbury Residents!

 

As the winter season approaches we would like to take the opportunity to advise everyone of a few important reminders:

 

Heat/Thermostat:

*Please leave you head at 55 degrees at a minimum. DO NOT TURN HEAT OFF WHEN LEAVING FOR HOLIDAYS.

 

Vehicle Parking:

*Vehicles that are blocked in the sidewalk could be damaged by machinery. DO NOT PARK OVER THE SIDEWALK

 

Snow removal from the sidewalks and parking lots

* Snow removal from parking lots and walkways requires that the surface area be available to clear. Therefore all vehicle's must be moved every 48 hours minimum to allow snowplows and machinery to properly remove snow. Vehicles parked near walkway should provide sufficient space to allow for snow removal machinery to pass and clear the walkway.

 

 

Salt and Salt Buckets

*Salt buckets are provided at every apartment building front door for maintenance to salt porches. Residents are welcome to use if needed. Please call the Clubhouse if the bucket is empty.

Breakfast is every Wednesday morning from 7AM-10AM

 

Come to leasing office to register your bicycle, it takes two minutes and you will be on your way!

 

Don't be the last person to snag a carport, its getting cold outside! Remember you can start and stop using the carport at any time.
